Returns have to be requested within 21 days of the delivery. We cannot accept returns after 21 days.
A charge will be made to cover the costs incurred for re-stocking, handling & carriage. This item is usually subject to a re-stocking & handling charge of around £30. - Do not write on or put labels on the original product packaging.
- If you are returning items via a Courier or Royal Mail, please make sure the items are in an outer box or a jiffy bag.
- We do not accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out adequate carrier insurance.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Wet Rooms Direct reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
