Returns have to be requested within 21 days of the delivery. We cannot accept returns after 21 days.
A charge will be made to cover the costs incurred for re-stocking, handling & carriage. This item is usually subject to a re-stocking & handling charge of around £30. Email us for details if you need to know the exact cost of re-stocking for a particular item. Many of the items we list are heavy, so the carriage costs for delivery and collections can be expensive.
If you order the wrong product, we will do everything we can to help you rectify the situation, but Wet Rooms Direct cannot be liable for any additional expenses that are incurred. - It is your responsibility to ensure that returned item(s) reach us in good condition.
- You are also required to pay the cost of returning any goods in addition to the re-stocking and handling charge.
- Please ensure that you return the items exactly as you have received them, i.e. in the original packaging.
- Do not write on or put labels on the original product packaging.
- If you are returning items via a Courier or Royal Mail, please make sure the items are in an outer box or a jiffy bag.
- We do not accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out adequate carrier insurance.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Wet Rooms Direct reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
