Barrier-free, level access shower trays using TRUESEAL2 floor edge profile.
This style of disabled shower tray is set into the bathroom floor and has no height difference between the tray edge and the floor, providing an ideal solution for wheelchair users. It offers complete floor access with no steps or ramps, providing effortless wheelchair access to the level access showering area.
Using AKW TRUESEAL2, our unique floor edge profile makes it possible to hot seam weld vinyl sheet flooring directly onto the trays profile, creating a 100% secure watertight joint, reducing any future issues. This high-quality product comes with a lifetime guarantee when used domestically.
The Trueseal edge is 45mm wide. The finished tray size will be reduced by 45mm. So the 1045x1045mm tray when finished will be 1000x1000mm.
The 1400x745 Swift shower tray is designed for an alcove. The 1290x845 and the 1490x845 are open on 3 sides.
